After recognizing the amount of time that people spend staring at screens it became glaringly obvious that #darkmode was going to be a solution for users. Low Light UX also gives users a great experience and is especially beneficial for people with poor vision. Users across all walks of life just prefer to use dark mode to help prevent strain on their eyes and top companies like Apple, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp have implemented this feature already so you know it’s not going anywhere.

People usually prefer a quick online chat while browsing the web if they have a question or are confused about something on a site… Rather than going into the menu to try and scavenge an answer, it’s easier to chat quickly with a customer representative.
